I'm not sure about some of the languages used, I don't think it's coherent enough.
 * Create Image - Use "Title" or "Resource Title" instead of "Resource"

The site needs to directly link to some user documentation e.g.
http://www.mdid.org/mdidwiki/images/b/bb/MDID2CuratorWorkshop.pdf

It's not clear when you create a collection whether you need to change the resource path.

Are there examples of a usage agreement that can be uploaded for a collection (e.g. creative commons)?
