The overall aims of this work are:

 * to make the copying of resources easier.
 * to facilitate graphical UI (user-interface) driven copying.
  * users can find a suitable destination via the normal navigation interface.
  * improve 'affordance', i.e. a destination is valid to choose because it is labelled as such.
