TableOfContents([2])

Introduction

The Client Relations Team (CRT) was created in May 2006 to work with members of the University in designing OUCS services. The [https://wiki.oucs.ox.ac.uk/oucs/CrtTermsOfReference CRT terms-of-reference] summarises the general remit.

The CRT is project based and staff will be recruited depending on the specific nature of the project. Projects will use the [https://wiki.oucs.ox.ac.uk/oucs/CrtProcess CRT Process] to work with members of the University and collect and collate data.

If you have an idea for a CRT project contact [mailto:howard.noble@oucs.ox.ac.uk Howard Noble].

The CRT regularly present findings to the User Services Team (UST).
