Introduction
The Client Relations Team (CRT) was created in May 2006 to work with members of the University in designing OUCS services. The CRT terms-of-reference outline the .
The CRT is project based and staff will be recruited depending on the specific nature of the project. Projects will use the CRT_Process to work with members of the University and collect and collate data.
