Introduction
The Client Relations Team (CRT) was created in May 2006 to work with members of the University in designing OUCS services. The [https://wiki.oucs.ox.ac.uk/oucs/CrtTermsOfReference CRT terms-of-reference] outline the .

The CRT reguarly present its findings to the User Services Team.
