Understanding requirements for the creation of well-designed software, services, processes and policies.
Introduction
The Client Relations Team (CRT) was created in May 2006 to work with members of the University in designing OUCS services. The [https://wiki.oucs.ox.ac.uk/oucs/CrtTermsOfReference CRT terms-of-reference] outline the .
The CRT is project based and staff will be recruited depending on the specific nature of the project. Projects will use the CrtProcess to work with members of the University and collect and collate data.
