The revised OxCLIC workflow divides the flow into three distinct stages. It was thought necessary that it should be explicitly stated that individuals working on one stage were not required to progress into the next stage. For example, the responsibility for importing catalogue data or setting up the delivery system would not reside with the cataloguer, but with a technical officer.
