Meet-O-Matic is a web-based meeting scheduler. It allows you to arrange meetings by proposing suitable dates, emailing participants (using your own email system) and monitoring the progress of their responses. The tool presents the best dates for your meeting.

The aim of the creators of Meet-O-Matic was to design a free tool that is easy to use and quickly finds suitable dates when people can meet. It is web based and so you do not need to install any special software on your computer to use it.

Ways of using the tools

Meet-o-matic can be used for organising small or large meetings. It is especially useful for organising meetings that involve many possible dates or many people.

If you are, for example, a departmental administrator who needs to organise a meeting for a large group you could use this tool to first home in on dates or AM/PM slots, before finding the precise time.

The Meet-O-Matic summary page shows you who has responded and the dates they are available. The system automatically gives a ranking of the best days for a meeting.
